Penny Letheren

Penny Letheren has had a successful twenty-year career in the food and beverage, hospitality industry. Following her most recent tenure as manager of Human Resources at Oliver Bonacini Restaurants, she now owns her own business specializing in developing and facilitating management training programs and food and beverage consulting.

Prior to her position in the fine dining industry, Penny spent several years working in operations as General Manager with Euro Disney, TGI Fridays and F&B Manager with a large Canadian hotel chain. Her diverse work experience has afforded her the opportunity to learn and understand all aspects of the food service industry such as training, recruiting, controlling costs, marketing and delivering high quality service. Her career with Oliver Bonacini restaurants and Disney provided her with a broad perspective of training and development as it relates to restaurants.

She has lived and worked in Orlando, Atlanta, Paris, Montreal and now resides in Toronto.

Penny’s client base includes independent restaurants, chain hotels, a golf course, a theatre and entertainment enterprise and a multi-dimensional food service corporation.
